I have been trying to contact these people because I lost my money and there was no one there to help when I used the Laser car wash. I put a $20 in and it sounded like it made change but nothing came out. I am still short $7. I called the number several different times of the day and even on Saturdays and never no answer. What kind of business is this. These people should be reported. They know what is going on. Will not recommend or return😡

They have a card reader to pay for your wash and go however, the way it is set up. It does not explain to you that you have to hit the button to end the transaction I was washing my car and went back over there and it was still adding on money geez I could've went to the regular car wash and paid the same amount they charge me $10 for five minutes

DO NOT use this car wash/vacuum... plenty of cheap places around. Multiple vacuums don't work and aren't labeled, nor is the scent machine. Numbers don't work to get a refund. Also, the car wash and vacuum are labeled as separate entities so rate both.

CHharged me $10 on a card swipe, that $1.50 in change would have turned it on. Come on now yall owe me some compensation.
